Visit elearning.kcau.ac.ke and log in using your student number and password. New students receive their credentials via their registered email upon admission. If you haven’t received them, contact the helpdesk.

Click “Forgot Password” on the login page. A password reset link will be sent to your KCAU email address. If you no longer have access to that email, contact the ICT Helpdesk with your student ID for manual reset assistance.

Log in to the portal, navigate to “My Courses,” and click on the relevant course. All lecture notes, readings, and supplementary materials are organized by week under the “Resources” section.

Inside your course, scroll to the relevant week and click the assignment link. Click “Add Submission,” upload your file in the accepted format (PDF or DOCX), and click “Save Changes.” Always verify you receive a confirmation before the deadline.

Immediately screenshot the error and contact the ICT Helpdesk at helpdesk@kcau.ac.ke or call the emergency support line. Do not close your browser — most exams allow you to re-enter with your session intact. Your lecturer will be notified.
